Montemar Tours offers guided tours, wellness services, and flight bookings through third-party providers. Services such as air travel and accommodations not operated directly by Montemar Tours are considered third-party services.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made online. Full advance payment via bank transfer is required to confirm any service. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are not allowed, except as required by applicable laws in Panama. We recommend reviewing all booking details carefully before submitting payment.

4. Responsibility

Montemar Tours is not responsible for losses, delays, accidents, cancellations, changes, or failures to deliver by third-party providers, nor for events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).

5. Traveler Requirements

All travelers must meet the legal requirements to enter Panama, including health, safety, and immigration regulations as established by the authorities.

6. Service Modifications

Montemar Tours reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel any offered service at its discretion, due to operational or logistical reasons.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Panama City, Panama.
